After I finally acknowledged that my 10 year old laptop and printer were no longer “fit for purpose”, I got in touch with Andrew to discuss the way forward. In next to no time, I was all set up with my new equipment , including a replacement BT Home Hub, and I was on my way. A few calls for help were needed, all dealt with very quickly by Andrew whose IT knowledge is impressive, mine much less so, but I’m making progress and enjoying my new Lenova.
